Living/Working Digitally 4 Minute Documentary SetUp and Research

Posted: October 23, 2013 in Digital Media 2

Living digitally is something of a common theme anymore and I guess it would make sense since the world is evolving into a digital world. Evolving into the digital age should not erase who we are in the world though, which brings into focus my newest assignment: Create a 4 minute documentary on living/working digitally with media. This seems easy enough to do when you think about it. Four minutes should not be hard to come up with, but it is quite a limited amount of time to get so much information into. So I am choosing a topic I can easily get my points across with only four minutes to do it in.

Because I think living and working digitally should not take away the aspects which make us all human, I am go to do my documentary on the “Humans of … ” movement. It all started with the “Humans of New York” and has evolved into different regions of the world. To make it easier to summarize information I need to gather it first. With the use of the following references I can start on my research for my 4 minute documentary.

  1. Humans of New York
  2. Humans of Seattle
  3. Humans of GMU
  4. Humans of Accra
  5. Humans of Houston
  6. Humans of India
